-Three more buildings added: the Restaurant, Auto Service and Drug Store

- Added unlockables for the three new buildings first production upgrades every 2² levels up to lvl 1024

- Achievement system implemented! Each upgrade will grant one achievement each 2² levels unlocked up to lvl 134217728

- Implemented individual UIs for each building

- Added changes to the upgrade button's displayed info, so they are easier to read and understand
